Telecentre is widely known, their challenges are: locally relevant contents and services, learning opportunities, networking capacity, and research to improve their practises. A telecentre is where people get together and do things that are relevant to their lives. “Learning never stops.” Services provided in telecentres are; ICT training, internet access, digital photo, VHS to cd or DVD, design and print, content dissemination, digital libraries, digital games. It also provides assessment of telecentres, training, mentoring, distribution list and websites, online help desk. Telecentre management course, the mission is support development and sustainability. The course has 5 modules, it is 150 hours, the point is to help telecentre operators accomplish their mission. “ 1 person or 1 organization will not do the job, the ICT summit is about COLLABORATION.”
